Cons
As with all scaling organisations, just having the right ingredients is not enough. There are normal challenges around scale that are evident even here: Ambition has outgrown the team org, so at times we put too much on our plate. Going from tight knit office environments to full worldwide remote hiring so quickly has meant that some operational changes are still needed. At times there is a sense of complacency around areas that have worked for them in the past.
