Pros
Dashlane has provided me with an experience I haven't had in other opportunities for a long time. Here are some highlights: * The start of the experience is great and everyone is extremely friendly in the company. This doesn't go away after a while, which is common in many other places. People are nice from the beginning and continue to be nice to you no matter what. * Management makes sure to give you all feedback possible, and on a regular basis, and then your feedback also matters and you actually feel heard here. * Fun events and awesome benefits, including great conditions as compared to other similar roles out there. * A big focus on training, teaching, educating, sharing knowledge, and more. Each day feels like a team collaboration (or multiple) is happening and you don't feel alone. * A great, solid product that works well. There's also space to develop other venues/ventures and who knows what the future might store! * The flexibility of working from home + benefits that you won't find in many other entry-level opportunities in other places. For the first time in a while, I feel like I wake up and I don't go to work just "because I have to" but because it's a great mutual collaboration effort that is going on. I finally feel heard. Hard work is also validated and valued here, so I can only look forward to the future now.
Cons
None so far, except just the fact that we aren't leading the market yet due to competitors. We need a few more feature parity and maybe to streamline the already amazing product across platforms.
