Product has a ways to go to be able to compete with competitors or other cyber security tools. Sales team only has a few members who consistently hit quota each month. Due to the flexible nature of this job, it at times feels like management treats Dashlane as more of a hobby than an actual career. Manager would consistently go on vacations without informing his employees until the day of being gone, or just not tell us at all. Great company to work for if you want to be able to “get away” with putting in minimal effort.
