Pros
Friendly working environment and nice office building. Not high pressure and very reasonable working hours. Interesting mix of French and US business cultures. Great Product and interesting client base. Low employee turnover.
Cons
Simple decisions can take far longer than required due to lack of independence given to junior managers & employees. Not a meritocracy: if you hang on long enough, you'll probably get promoted. Poor organisation and complex office politics. Low salary for Industry.
