Pros
Dassault is a family company and hence this location inherits from the culture of the mother company in France. A lot of french employees which gives to the company a very interesting bi-cultural aspect (speaking french is definitely a plus if you think about joining DFJ). People are passionate about the products. Good benefits (health insurance, 401K, flight instruction is subsidized by the company, decent cafeteria)
Cons
This office is not very big, and therefore the possibility to evolve professionally are limited if you want to stay in TEB. The Little Rock site (specialized in production) is much bigger. The management is very conservation, there is no real will to recruit talent or high potential (they usually bring Top managers from France).
