Work Processes - Cabinet Fabricator Dassault Aviation Employee Review

Poor Processes that are NOT working and the company refuses to admit it. Very very poor moral, and a sad and depressing environment daily. Contractors are now in management with little to no experience when you have solid employees wanting to move up but can’t do to this. No compassion nor understanding for there workers. They changed the way they plan and build jets when the old process for 60 years worked fine. I feel the company has been failing for the past 3.5 years.
