Not remote friendly Doesn't practice what it preaches - very slow moving, not innovative, "sustainability" talk is all brand talk but no real substance. If we were a truly sustainable company why is it required for people to be commuting to an office and wasting resources? Doesn't really encourage professional development - advancing in career is very hard Software is not really user friendly and has a lot of bugs Encourage more collaborative and fun culture.
