Pros
OT is being paid, I think for all programmers or software engineers, to work OT is an unspoken job requirements and to get paid for it, that's superb. Very flexible in a lot of ways where it operates on the trust. It is good because most are honest here but there are few minorities who seems to be taking advantage of the system.
Cons
Management can be quite slow to act. But your voices are heard nonetheless. The expectation can be quite high but this means more learning opportunities, perhaps a pros for this.
