Pros

There are many pros of working in Dassault Systems, Let me list whatever I can right now. 1) First and the most important one is the work environment. Here you get friendly and very supportive work environment. You can work freely without any pressure on you. 2) The latest and the updated technology, which you get to work on. They use the latest architecture for their product. Even you are free to use your desired architecture with proper POC. 3) Work life balance is given importance here.

Cons

As the cons I only can think of the salary which is a bit less than the market standards. I understand the other factors but the only de-merit I can see in working here is the Salary, nothing else.

This is a good place to get experience if you're interested in Aerospace, IT, Automotive, CAD, Engineering space. There are opportunities to learn and advance your career if you make the right connections.

Cons

Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
