- Poor work/life balance - Very small yearly pay increases, if any at all - Very few opportunities to move up, and when they are given it is given to the manager's "pets" - Future is somewhat uncertain because opportunities for the Americas may be limited because France calls all the shots and our opportunities in the future is yet to be known - Trying to take vacation time is difficult because it is often denied or management waits until the very last minute to let you know if you can take it - You have to use up most or all of your vacation time at times when it is not good for you, because your manager wants you to use up your time and not carry over
