Pros
Data Dimensions has great incentive pay - you make money when you take the time to learn your job well and are productive when at work. We work hard, but are well taken care of by our Management Team. They are kind and listen to all suggestions and concerns. The atmosphere at Data Dimensions is very welcoming. Everyone is very nice and eager to help you be successful at whatever job you're doing. We're all part of a large team working towards the same common goal in mind. Many changes are happening at Data Dimensions recently and I have seen our Management Team strive through all of them with confidence that we will continue to be the team we have always been - with a strong outcome. Supervisors at Data Dimensions are very involved with their team members and are able/willing to get on the floor and work right along side their team members. The benefits offered at Data Dimensions definitely stand out among the rest! We are offered great benefits and many 'extras' that show that there is care for all employees.
Cons
One challenge that comes with growth would be working overtime, but it is very manageable.
