Pros

I have really enjoyed working for them; it's flexible, I can choose my hours and how much I work, I work from home, I have very little interaction with co-workers, which is a plus for me. One week, I might work 30 hours, then I might take 2 weeks off, then I might come back and do 10 hours, and this has never impacted how much work I get. This really suits my neurodivergence and the rhythms of my life. I feel like the work is fun, and I am a part of shaping something super important for the future of humanity and AI. I am learning a lot about how LLMs work, and a lot of the time, I get to choose to work with something I am interested in, like creating prompts about researching video games or fun history. I also really like being able to see preview versions of features in major AI's, and once they release, knowing I had a hand in building that. Projects are also paid very fairly, in my opinion. The lowest-paying tasks require very little creativity and expertise, while higher-paying project tasks require more effort. It's really up to you how much you earn based on the hours you put in, doing qualifications (which are unfortunately unpaid), and how well you perform.

Cons

If I were to say a tiny issue it's that communication with them is not always the easiest, and there is certainly a lot of pressure to do well (as there is in any job of course) or risk being removed from projects. Other than that, though, it's a great platform with a lot of opportunities. I have already made a few thousand dollars on there!

Pros

- Very flexible, asynchronous work schedule. - Reasonable pay, especially for the convenience. - Can earn more with expertise.

Cons

- The work is unreliable with regular droughts (sometimes there's more than enough to work on, sometimes there's no work available). - Highly unlikely to receive any performance feedback. - You are not their employee, it is freelance work that qualifies (for me at least) as self-employment, so you have to plan ahead for taxes.
