Pros
- Everyone on the team is really passionate about the work they're doing. Every person brings their unique perspectives to make the Community and our product as impactful and valuable as possible. - The team is kind and caring, amidst all the craziness that is a part of working at a startup, being a human (sharing what's going on outside of work, checking in on each other to make sure everyone is supported, etc) is something we all prioritize. - Swaroop and Shirshanka are excellent leaders, I've learned so much working with them and they create the space for me to do my best work. - I've had the opportunity to create, grow, and build in ways that I otherwise would not if I stayed at a larger company.
Cons
- Working and scheduling across timezones can be challenging. - There are a lot of moving pieces and sometimes things can get lost in the shuffle.
