Pros
The company had a great vision, most of the coworkers are/were great, hours were pretty flexible, opportunities to learn new things.
Cons
The management is distant and doesn't communicate at all, no new contracts, spent too much money on a lackluster cyber product, hooked their plans/success to the wrong people to drive the ship, multiple layoffs in less than 2 years, morale is in the dumps, questionable reasons for firing individuals, lack of trust from most employees in the company and its goals.
