Pros
Great team - both tech skills and soft skills are tested on entrance, so I literally didn't find anyone who is not amazing to work with here. Everyone has some experience and knowledge to share and everyone willing to do so. Also product and tasks themselves involves cutting edge tech and science.
Cons
There are million hard tasks every day. No-one forces you to actually work extra hours here but everyone so excited and willing to improve product... Without strict discipline your work/life balance can suffer a bit.
