Pros
- Good CEO with a technical foundation but also practical and business orientated as well - DataRobot is a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. In reading the other reviews I can say look, if you want a cushy 9-5 this may not be the place for you, but for those that love data science, software engineering and working with people & customers: DataRobot is a Mecca - Smart, ambitious & humble people that provide a great learning environment - Good design & engineering teams that care about quality, clean interfaces & aesthetics.
Cons
As long as we learn from mistakes, adapt and move on, i don't think its a con, i think its a good thing
