Pros
Challenging work, projects and you get to work with talented people. Perks and benefits were great. Their software and product has a potential bright future.
Cons
Perks and benefits are not worth the challenging leadership and management you will face here. Lot's of nepotism, favortism and THE WRONG KIND OF LOYALTY to certain employees to protect their high school losers click (the one that were never popular and dreamed of such attention). So they run their teams with fear and lack of transparency. Their initiative for 2019 was their customers and 2020 is their employees. True, honest leadership would not take advantage of Covid-19 to lay off hundreds of people. There was no strategy in how they laid off people. Their hyper growth of 500 employees to 1,300 in less than a year speaks a lot to their business strategies and decisions. There's a lot of business decisions that are not smart and too arrogant. A company with too much confidence without believing in their people and protecting less competent people to run their leadership is absolutely a horrendous experience. It is truly demoralizing in many ways. Lastly, the HR team is a complete chaos. They are not organized and low staffed. They do not know the meaning of what a true HR leader is. Some of the members in that team do not have qualities and competencies that exemplify a true leader that supports human and their humanity. HR questions are not answered in a timely manner. There is not one person in the company that respects the HR team. With an HR department like that, they will not survive in supporting the organizational growth and help better the culture. They lack business acumen. Change management is like pulling teeth with that team.
