Cool industry, software has a lot of potential in the market place, flexible schedules and working locations, pay was great.
Cons
True workaholic culture where nights and weekend work is very common. A lot of lip service around putting the employee first, but after hiring 600 people in one year, they fired 300 of them once the stock market crashed. The CEO wanted to have life changing financial impact on its employees and he succeeded by cutting the company after mismanaging its growth.
