Pros
I've been with DataRobot for over a year and there's a lot to like. The company pays well, highly talented people work in every department, the product is well managed, and the market opportunity is significant. Though in my experience, the best part of DR is the focus they put on people. I was skeptical of this when I joined because so many companies promote this. But I continually see new programs and resources introduced that are centered on employee development and well being. It's truly one of a kind and sets the company heads and shoulders above nearly all other companies.
Cons
The goals are aggressive and expectations high as is typical for a fast growing company. Workloads can be heavy at times, and it's not a 9-5 type of company. This makes it incredibly rewarding for people who thrive in a setting like this but it's certainly not for everyone.
