No understanding of how to do marketing and build a TRUSTWORTHY brand. Thinks that marketing is spending a bunch of money to be at events and have off shore SDR's spam as follow up. Market is crowded and the company hasn't figured out how to rise as the leader despite spending more than anyone else in the space Leadership has no respect for work life balance and expects people to work on weekends.
