Pretty big company still with brain and organization of a tiny startup - Director of Engineering DataRobot Employee Review

- CEO believes he is great in everything. Technical skills, management skills, great data scientist,...(basically another Steve Jobs) as the result he keeps everything in a really odd way that he thinks it's right. His lectures turn really odd and boring. - No organization hierarchy. Many teams doing the exact same things as others. Tones of redundancy. Pretty unorganized.
