Pros
-united company goal around a successful exit in the coming months/years (equity opportunities) -highly competitive salaries -best, most rep friendly comp plan I have seen in my career -sales leadership team that is proven and cares about their people (CRO won prestigious top revenue leaders to watch award) -proven sales playbook that is meticulous and you can take with you throughout your career -new CEO to lead the next chapter of the company, with successful exit track record -industry leading product, in massive and growing market -numerous resources available to help you be successful and passionate like 10x your life program and our enablement team -data driven approach from management on coaching and development
Cons
-tons of company defining, significant changes ongoing. this causes uncertainty for many. lots of works in progress -their data driven approach to coaching, selling and development makes some uncomfortable. it points out blindspots and means there is no where to hide as a sales rep because the data is constantly shared and reviewed by every level in the business -now much diversity in the company, but ERO groups and programs leads on this are being established -HARD WORK. i can't emphasize this enough. if you aren't someone who can show up each day, and put your full effort in, you will not be happy. you will work long hours to make up for it. -the sales playbook her is meticulous and requires a lot of hard work, but the close rates and deal sizes support the hard work
