Pros
From top to bottom there has been genuine people who are goal orientated. Just good vibes and getting things done. The lack of office politics is absolutely refereshing. I've been in so many meetings where people come from a place of being helpful, achieving the goal, and being there for you. I've never experienced this at any other company and this unique group of people is just what really keeps me going and happy to be a part of Datarobot. And I've had touchpoints with virtually all departments/groups. Another big pro is the wealth of learning opportunites and career growth. I have seen a large number of people grow into more senior positions and are on fast track (myself included) All well deserving people. The process can take time but acknowledgement for work here is on the high end of the spectrum compared to most companies. People all take on more, get recognized, commended, and the day to day positive recongition plays a huge aspect on loving what you do. The opportunites are huge. I've signaled my interest in other areas like Data Engineering and the support both technical and encouragement has been astounding. Literally given materials and projects to move forward on dreams. (The program is literally called Dream Big) Compensation is very competitive. I'm in a very high demanded position and I'm well compensated. Benefiits are excellent in all areas.
Cons
Lot of changes. Can't really say it's a bad thing in all cases but work requirements haven't been consistent and evolves quickly. Adoption and ramp up time takes a while and is taxing.
