The GTM team has no field experience, always trying to replicate what worked in their previous work experiences (AppD) . It's the biggest pain in the organisation The senior leadership pretends to have a customer centric strategy but all they care about is fast revenue AT ANNY COST ! The level of Micromanagement is unbelievable, they are using the sales methodology and metrics to bully people. The metrics keep changing without any communication. No work work-life balance and no respect to the personal life, people who work extra hours are praised and considered as heroes by the management (even if they don't deliver good results) AppD folks always promoted and praised, sometimes after few months in the company
