Pros
+Great people - very empathetic, collaborative, and definitely intelligent. Very committed to doing the work +The product is quite deep and solid, very much a step forward for AutoML +The customers are all very interesting
Cons
-Leadership has been turbulent, and direction is lacking. Company has endured 3+ layoffs, the the root reasons don't seem to have resolved -Market is changing faster than the company, which doesn't innovate as much as needed anymore -Optics of the last layoff quite bad, senior execs partying with branded coconuts and a few days later large part of the company laid off -Diversity never fully embraced as principle in HR
