Pros
-truly the best ai/ml productivity platform on the market -slowed innovation during scaling last 1.5 years, but recent large investments and new interim CEO who led ai/ml at aws and google are very promising -tech is ahead enough of the market that slowed innovation hasnt shown up in our ability to win competitive deals (only ai/ml platform in the forrester latest leader's quadrant supports this) -AMAZING SEs (we call customer facing data scientists) who have applied AI experience and are 100% supportive of the sales team and have a true partnership that is only strengthening -the sales process and methodology works really well, when actually applied, but not for people who like to cut corners

-negative press is in fact a meta game being orchestrated by the ex- chairman and it is killing morale and driving a divide in the company (which is what he wants). all of it is BS grandstanding that are in fact about his own selfish desires and he's upset he got ousted -immature market that requires hard work and a lot of qualification to break into accounts -GTM functions are in a bit of limbo state without good communication on what to expect in the future as new president/cro joins -the sales process is very thorough and requires hard work. most people give up after cutting corners and long before they could expect to see results. then they blame the sales process. this then gives others the excuse to not follow the sales playbook. as a seller who has crushed it here since the new playbook was introduced, i believe in it, but get frustrated by others cutting corners and being negative, and not being accountable -the leadership uses extensive data to understand where the gaps are in your business. some leaders deliver this poorly and it is micro management. be warned, there is nowhere to hide here if you are not a hard worker. the data will make that clear very quickly -we have an accountability problem across every function, probably because people are frustrated
