Company has entered the death spiral of cutting top tier most expensive talent to just keep the highest raw # of employees to maintain valuations in latest layoff. Focus is on churn prevention, not new customer acquisition. Definitely not a good environment for sales, but post sales customer success will be more stable. Looks like an orderly liquidation for return on capital to PE.
