Pros
Working remotely is definitely a benefit many can enjoy, with zero pressure to go to an office. Startup offers many areas for learning and individual growth by tackling multiple hands on projects
Cons
Completely ruined by former CEO Dan Wright, who secretly sold stocks along with other cronies. Hard to see this company ever becoming the unicorn it once was destined to be. Multiple layoffs in 2022 has left company very barebones. There was a complete lack of transparency between management and employees during all of 2022, even when Debanjan joined and announced layoffs.
