People, People and People. Leadership has been awful from the Jeremy Achin days to today. Everyone is 1-2 positions to high, from the Chief Customer Officer down to 1st line leaders who have no business in their roles. The old crew from the crazy chairman down to the awful comp intel nut not only lacked talent, but their self awareness was startling. The new exec team in place today that did yet another round of cuts also sucks - got to love a big company Prez of Field Ops coming in and preaching culture when a CEO is forced to step down, and never actually talks to anyone. Complete fraud. Very obvious right now the only thing leadership is doing is working to get investors $$$ back.
