They are always hiring bdr’s because people are always getting fired or leaving. So if you really need a job, you can probably get one as a BDR here
Cons
Inexperienced management, no promotions, difficult to meet quotas, micro-managing, PIP threats. Many people have gone to HR about bullying from management, increasingly required to go into the office more. If you join, you will quickly learn that everyone is actively trying to find other jobs. The product is hard to sell and leaderships idea to fix that is to micro manage. If you are starting out, don’t expect any enablement or mentorship.
