If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment, with intelligent, innovative team members, you will find DataServ an ideal employer. Great corporate culture with focus on employee life-work balance & nice benefits. Fun group of people to work with... No office politics ... No drama.

Cons

Company is growing fast and the normal "growing pains" can be a challenge. Need to upgrade video conferencing to accommodate remote workers.

At DataServ (Missouri), our organization and team has grown and diversified over the last few years. As we grow we have embraced new working models like work-from-home and flexible schedules. Flexible scheduling can bring challenges in communication. As we continue with additional flexibility for our staff, we continue to evolve the tools we use for conferencing and messaging as well as the ability of our clients to reach us at any time.
