IT Analyst - IT Analyst DataServ (Missouri) Employee Review

Thank you for your review! We do enjoy a “family friendly” environment at DataServ and our size allows us to access decision-makers to move initiatives and the company forward. We strive to be agile in every area of the organization. But being in that smaller office environment also means there can be fewer resources and that can slow us down. As we strive to improve our communication inter-departmentally and within our teams, we can’t help but cite our Speed of Trust training. This resource allows us to “talk the same language,” so we see quicker resolutions as we talk straight and confront reality (Trust Behaviors #1 and #8).
