Pros

Friendly co workers and good work from home policy.

Cons

Communication was severely lacking in pretty much everything. Many tasks were reactive rather than proactive. Technology is outdated and was mostly only updated when it became a critical issue. Huge learning curve for new employees as training is very basic.

In addition to our quarterly planning meetings and open-door policy, one resource we are using this year is a review of our Trust Behaviors with weekly trust huddles to develop our active listening, learn how to clarify expectations and be a better team player.
