At DataServ (Missouri) we rely on our employees a lot! At times this can create confusion about task ownership but the DataServ team is really good at owning their work. As we move forward, we get better at clearly delineating who owns what but we believe trust is the key. We continue to develop trust that each employee or team will succeed at what they own.
