Pros

Lots of opportunity to contribute to growing the company - a great place for those wanting to learn, grow and work hard to achieve something. The partners lead with integrity - they do the right thing for the employees and the company, and they are very transparent with feedback, priorities and direction. Culture is very family-like - lots of smart people and a fun, inviting atmosphere.

Cons

Only cons are what you would find in any growing company this size - at times challenging to change entrenched processes/thinking needed to scale up, and tough to secure decisions/resources for new strategic projects.

With fast growth, organizations can tend to stay focused on the status quo but at DataServ we realize the importance of developing, improving and scaling. Some changes can take longer than others, but we are up for the task! Our company goal for 2017 is a focus on scalability and efficiency. Also in 2017, we are focused on development for employees to enhance communication tools around cross-departmental communication as well as how we communicate internally within our individual teams. As we develop stronger ties to the way we work and the way we work with each other, we can’t help but improve! Thanks for your feedback!

There are decades-worth of messes to clean up. The company struggles to finish the hard parts of projects.
