-The overall technology is second to none and customers LOVE it -The people are the foundation of this organization, and Databricks invests heavily in the right people -Above market value compensation -Commission structure for sales -Leadership is diverse and incredible. All types of backgrounds and companies
Cons
-At this point 12 months in, I do not have one con to add to the list. With any company of course there are areas for improvement. The great thing about databricks is we're an agile organization and if there are issues around something, leadership acts quickly to correct this.
