Cons
Sales account executives are given insane targets and they do everything desperately to destroy your work life balance. Leadership is not doing much to improve the situation rather bringing in crappy processes to increase the amount of workload. It results in bad vibes and bad relationships between colleagues where nobody really cares. It is getting worse over time.
