-Excellent product and company that you are feel your are genuinely contributing to it's success and growing with the company-don't take my word for it; look at the shear scale it is growing at and industry write-ups -Fantastic sales training-COM and MEDDIC; i feel better equipped than most of my friends in other sales roles in Dublin and feel i can move my career on after i leave Datadog -Management show leadership and understanding of their team mixed with friendliness and approachability
Cons
-Initially while company was scaling and growing things were haphazard-is improving day-by-day -More platform specific training needed -Training on certain things like CRM admin, Sales tools etc. -Weekly learnings can be protracted-should be more concise
