We strive to set our employees up for success, whether in the office or while working remotely, but understand the learning curve and challenges that come with the SDR role as you navigate your Sales career. That is why we encourage our SDR team to come to the office ~3 days a week to mitigate some of these challenges as you learn, grow, and develop. We're continuing to learn and grow ourselves as we adapt to a hybrid workplace environment, and will definitely take this feedback into account as we continue to improve our processes and enablement practices to be as remote-friendly as they are in person.
