      Pros

      Perfect size at the moment (near 3000+ employees) Company policies, trainings, organization, structure feels like a massive fortune 500 company, but the culture, inclusivity, and relaxed atmosphere feel like a small start up. Great people, exposure to c-level folks, and your voice is heard here.

      Cons

      Rapid growth is the only one I can think of that will make us feel like a much larger company sooner than later.

      great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

      Cons

      CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
