      Good training Good enablement Decent place to begin your career

      Bad leadership Micro management Expectations exceed the ability to make money because you’re capped at 100 accounts 125k OTE is very unrealistic Aside for a handful of outliers CAE’s don’t do well Constant push for activity except you’re called at 100 accounts and you’re angering off the same people over and over again

      great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

      Cons

      CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
