Pros

- Leader in the observability space, investing the most in the space - has the signs of becoming a juggernaut in DevSecOps observability - Hiring more DEI that's adding to culture (wasn't the most diverse when I was hired) - Some of the middle management is absolutely stellar

Cons

- As a sales person have been disappointed with the SDR:AE ratio and responsiveness to hire SDRs for backfill (6 or 7:1 yields almost nothing) - Leadership is incredibly stubborn on deals discounting and it loses deals - Leadership doesn't seem to have shifted tactics that happen when you shift from a primarily inbound business to a fully outbound business in a saturated market (slow to invest into new tools (gong, other contact software, other tools)

KPI / metric driven, internal politics, extremely poor middle management, territories over worked.
