Pay isn't competitive but if you use it as an opportunity to learn, it will be a solid foundation for your next job. Morale can be low due to many ppl not hitting quota.

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
