Pros

- The people, who are humble but excellent at what they do. - Ability to make a positive impact on people's safety. - Ability to work through technical challenges larger than other companies of this size. - Truly excellent benefits.

Cons

- It would be great to see more of the exec team and CEO at cross company meetings. - Diversity at the exec team level hasn't been great up until this point, but the new CFO helps to correct that.

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
