Pros

- Arguably the best group of people I have ever worked with. Insanely brilliant, enthusiastic and kind - Very ambitious hyper-growth start-up looking to settle as one of the best real-time alerting platforms in the market - Employees get a decent amount of autonomy and a good range of resources to develop their own ideas and skills - Entrepreneurial at all levels -> If you are not prepared to wear many hats, show initiative, or dive into problems as soon as you see them then this is not the place for you

Cons

Given the very dynamic work environment, the company should look at opportunities to periodically review career progression across all levels

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
