Pros

The company occupies a fascinating space at the intersection of data science, world affairs and social media. If you're obsessed with data and current events, it's hard to imagine a more thrilling job. The team is top notch. Easily the brightest, most talented group I've ever worked with. The product is making a huge impact and contributing to its success is extremely gratifying. The atmosphere is great. Exciting, entrepreneurial, casual. Refreshingly little politicking and bureaucracy. Company is growing very rapidly, creating lots of opportunities for project ownership and advancement. Solid perks, not to mention the best office snack situation I've ever seen.

Cons

Truly don't have anything negative to say. It really is a terrific place to work.

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
