Great place to learn fast — you’ll work across multiple parts of the stack and gain exposure to ML/AI, infra, and product. Collaborative team — colleagues are approachable and open to feedback. Ownership — you get to make real decisions, not just follow tickets. If you like autonomy, you’ll thrive. Vision — the company is tackling a real need model governance/ops in a growing space.

Leadership can feel inconsistent — priorities sometimes shift suddenly, which can be frustrating. Compensation/benefits are okay but not market-leading. Good for learning, not necessarily top-of-market pay. Processes are still developing — some lack of structure around planning, communication, and role clarity.
