      Pros

      Great opportunities in moving between different departments for career growth and job knowledge. Promotes innovation there is a portal specifically for submitting patents and provides feedback in the progress.

      Cons

      Like all big corporations there is a lot of inefficiencies in management like lack of communication between the working level and upper management.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
