      Pros

      Retirement job for folks who just want an income and willing to put up with the cliquish behavior.

      Cons

      CIO surrounds himself with incompetent men who lack of leadership quality. And willingly to enable their gamesmanship. Poorly structured/managed without forwarding thinking. Too many uninspired old timers who love to sabotage others, everything takes too long and too costly. IT does not provide the business value.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
