      -good pay -friendly work environment -REAL work as an intern -completely about bettering you as a future employee for their company. I was sent to many trainings and product awareness classes to help me become a more valuable employee for full time opportunities with them

      -often long work days -sometimes there is some "intern" work you have to do

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
